Course Refund and Rescheduling Policy

All course registrations and purchases made through The Training Center are final. No refunds will be issued after a course has been purchased, including when a participant cancels, fails to attend, arrives too late to participate, or is unable to complete the course.

Rescheduling Requests

Requests to move a registration to another available course date may be considered at the sole discretion of the Training Director. Rescheduling is not guaranteed and is subject to course availability, instructor availability, and the circumstances surrounding the request.

Participants requesting a schedule change should contact The Training Center as soon as possible and before the scheduled course begins. Failure to attend a course without prior approval to reschedule will be treated as a no-show, and the registration fee will be forfeited.

An approved rescheduling request does not entitle the participant to a refund. Any difference in price between the original course and the newly selected course may be the participant’s responsibility.

Course Requirements and Eligibility

Participants are responsible for reviewing all course descriptions, prerequisites, age requirements, equipment requirements, dates, times, and locations before completing their purchase. Failure to meet a course requirement does not qualify the participant for a refund.

The Training Center reserves the right to deny or discontinue participation when necessary for safety, failure to follow instructor directions, disruptive conduct, or failure to meet course requirements. Removal from a course under these circumstances will not result in a refund.

Courses Changed or Canceled by The Training Center

If The Training Center must cancel or reschedule a course, registered participants will be contacted and provided with available options. This provision applies only when the course is changed or canceled by The Training Center and does not apply to participant cancellations or no-shows.

By completing a course purchase, the purchaser acknowledges and agrees that:
